The "sale prices" on meat today are still higher than the regular prices just 3+ years ago.

If you come up with something wind proof, rain proof, I forgot proof, burn proof, have to put it away proof, etc., this is the place to share that idea. I haven't seen anyone make something like that yet.
Try cutting a prototype from some tin.
Easy enough to work with, and the wind shouldn't be a problem with the weight of it.
A plastic printed one might not like the heat coming off the smoker.

I do admire you cooking in a windy rain storm though. I'm not that brave.
I use a welding blanket when it gets down to the chilly ranges.
Slows pellet consumption way down.
But I wonder if it applies less smoke at that slower consumption 🤨
