Put the RT-590 together this afternoon and connected to Wifi. I will do the burn in tomorrow and hopefully some ribs this weekend.
My plan is to use the RecTeq 590 to replace my smoker and my gas grill.

I grill more than I smoke but I want something that does double duty. How does the 590 do as a grill? I am sure I will be happy with it as a smoker but am interested in the grilling aspects.
