Question. Found a brisket in the freezer

Might cut it up and put in the instapot instead, and I assume it's full blown vacuum sealed? If not vac sealed or freezer burned, worst case is the taste may be off from whatever else is in the freezer.

    Show us what you're cooking...

I did a lovely full rack of spares yesterday, looked wonderful and overall had the flavor profile I was looking for, but the son and I concluded that we much prefer babybacks better.

Bull Pork Butt on Extreme Smoke

I wasn't insinuating either scenario, imagine just adds a lot of cooking time is all......keep on keeping on.

    No Char or Sear p

Assume you mean "char"? Most here use aftermarket racks/plates to get a good seer in their pellet grills, they obviously get hotter than the factory racks.

    Grilla Grills Mammoth

I don't think Big Dan is worried about it, and have to wonder "in comparison" how many issues occur with their grills vs Recteq?

Wow, you run that low a temp for that long?

Forum has been really slow since the updates, unless that is just my imagination and or a coincidence? I love all the recipes and food pics regardless where/what/how was prepared. :)

    Meat inflation ruining barbecue

I'm glad I stocked up the freezer pretty well starting "4" years ago, still eating on some of the 3 year old meat and it's very much good and yummy. Getting that half steer before month's end........very stoked about that. :)

    Meat inflation ruining barbecue

I won't here wrestle in the mud with ya, "bet face to face would be fun though". So what yummy meat have you cooked lately, due to all these cheap meat prices occurring from inflation being so low, it's not like EVERYTHING was cheaper for us all 2016-2020?

    Meat inflation ruining barbecue

And we are all so much better off with #46, boy we all dodged a bullet with another 4 years of Trump and the most honest election EVER!!! "Dripping/oozing with sarcasm". Lets go Brandon.......and I bet you're one of the many who'd buy some oceanfront property from me here in Ohio as well? Good...

Blackstone or comparable griddle owners here?

    I just love penny-tech solutions. :)

    Grilla Grills Mammoth

That's an impressive machine, anxious to hear about your eventual thoughts and experience. When my 590 dies, I will likely be looking at the Silverbac or whatever comparable model they have at that time.
